Program Description: Alers Law sends SMS messages to clients and prospective clients regarding their legal matters, including appointment reminders, case updates, document requests, and responses to client inquiries.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a message to confirm you have been unsubscribed and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.

Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP, or contact us directly at info@alerslaw.com or 469-207-1515.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Fees and Frequency: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

Consent: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of legal representation or of any purchase.
