Beverly Alers is the Owner and Managing Attorney of Alers Law, PLLC. She has been licensed to practice law since 2012.

Beverly solidified her interest in attending law school after completing a Congressional Internship in Washington, D.C., with the United States House of Representatives and the United States House Committee on Small Business while pursuing her undergraduate degree in communications and advertising. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from her bachelor's program, a testament to her dedication and academic excellence.

She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law, where she focused on litigation. She then furthered her legal education by completing an LL.M. degree in Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution, graduating with honors and serving as class president. Her advanced legal coursework includes Complex Litigation, Class Action Suits, Insurance, Trial Advocacy, Arbitration, Negotiation, and Mediation.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Beverly serves clients from diverse backgrounds, helping ensure that language and cultural differences never stand in the way of receiving clear, thoughtful legal guidance.

As a business owner, investor, and licensed real estate agent, Beverly brings a practical, real-world perspective to estate planning for entrepreneurs, business owners, and investors.
