Attorney Beverly Alers - Abogada, Owner of Alers Law, PLLC. She is a personal injury and Disability attorney, helping clients after a car accident, a fall, and helping disabled people file for social securitity disability claims in all 50 states.

Beverly Alers is the Owner and Managing Attorney of Alers Law, PLLC. She has been licensed to practice law since 2012.

Beverly solidified her interest in attending law school after completing a Congressional Internship in Washington, D.C., with the United States House of Representatives and the United States House Committee on Small Business while pursuing her undergraduate degree in communications and advertising. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from her bachelor's program, a testament to her dedication and academic excellence.

She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law, focusing on litigation. Then she furthered her knowledge of the law by completing an LL.M. degree in Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution, where she graduated with honors and served as class president. Her advanced legal coursework includes Complex Litigation, Class Action Suits, Insurance, Trial Advocacy, Arbitration, Negotiation, and Mediation. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she effectively serves people from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that language and cultural differences never stand in the way of excellent legal representation.

Attorney Alers is a dedicated advocate for individuals who have suffered injuries due to the negligence of others or who face the challenges of living with a disability. Her passion for these areas of law is deeply rooted in her own life experiences, giving her a unique sense of empathy and purpose in every case she takes on. She approaches each client with compassion and determination, working tirelessly to help them secure the justice and compensation they deserve. With extensive knowledge of medical records and complex legal documentation, Attorney Alers provides clear, reliable guidance—standing by her clients every step of the way.

As an adjunct professor, Beverly has taught various law-related courses to undergraduate and graduate college students. She is dedicated to giving back and has been recognized for offering pro bono services.

Beyond her legal practice, Beverly enjoys staying abreast of the latest in technology, business, and is a licensed real estate agent. She enjoys music, stand-up comedy, painting, cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
